How does psychotherapy work?
After an individual problem analysis, the psychotherapist will help you to formulate your individual therapy goals.
A treatment plan is then derived with the help of the therapy goals. After the initial phase, individual exercises are developed together with the therapist. Throughout the therapy, the process is coordinated in dialog with you so that the therapy is designed at eye level.
